Kelas EU dengan topik "Memulai Bisnis"

Dari mana kita memulai bisnis?
Pertama lihatlah dari diri kita sendiri dahulu, bisa berupa:
- Minat
- Bakat
- Skill
- Hobi
- Networking
Setelah itu barulah kita lihat apa yang ada di sekeliling kita.

Ada beberapa jenis bisnis yang bisa kita kerjakan, misalnya:
- Bisnis Jual Beli ( kita akan mencari selisih antara apa yang dijual dengan yang dibeli)
- Bisnis Produksi ( dengan cara membuat suatu produk barang, kapasitas produksi yang
tinggi menunjukan bisnis kita berkembang )
- Bisnis Jasa ( berhubungan dengan skill / kemampuan personal )

Bagaimana caranya berbisnis, ingatlah akan pepatah : dimana ada KEMAUAN, disitu ada jalan
Jika tidak ada jalan mungkin saja:
- Kemauan belum cukup kuat, atau
- Jalannya belum terbuka ( tentunya ada kiat-kiat untuk membukanya )

Dalam berbisnis ada satu hal penting yang selalu jadi momok yang menakutkan yaitu
ketersediaan "MODAL=DUIT". Padahal menurut mereka yang telah sukses dan merintis
usaha dari NOL, konon katanya ketersediaan "DUIT" bukan hal yang mutlak. Ketersediaan dana
hanya sebagai sarana untuk memudahkan operasional bisnis. Dan ternyata di lapangan
ditemukan juga pengusaha yang memulai bisnisnya dengan modal DENGKUL, bahkan mereka
beranggapan jikalau tidak punya dengkul sekalipun masih bisa pakai DENGKUL nya orang
lain.

Untuk urusan DUIT ini, bisa berasal dari:
- Tentunya dari kantong sendiri ( untung dinikmati sendiri, jika rugi ya tentunya juga
ditelan sendiri )
- Dari kantong orang lain ( untung dibagi-bagi, kalo rugi belum tentu dibagi bersama
kecuali ada perjanjian tertentu )
- Dari lemari besi BANK
> Pinjaman Biasa ( angsuran / cicilan pokok + bunga )
> Pinjaman Plafon ( rekening korang / cicilan bunganya saja )
> Kartu Kredit
> KTA ( Kredit Tanpa Agunan )

Ada modal lain selain "DUIT" yang sangat penting bagi seorang calon pengusaha, diantaranya:
- Karakter diri yang baik ( kredibel / integritas )
> Kemampuan menepati janji
> Kemampuan mengendalikan emosi
> Kemampuan membaca orang lain
> Jujur
> Cerdik ( dalam artian positif );
intinya adalah walk the talk, not only talk the walk
- Skill/ keahlian
- Punya pengalaman dalam satu bidang tertentu
- Relasi/ Networking/ Jejaring
